hey so person below me 1) i willed my system into existence to cope with childhood trauma. we aren't "traumagenic" because we are non-disordered/our brain didn't form a system on it's own. but we still exist??? as a system??? 2) i don't really care about "making your community look bad" tbh. you do that yourself. by spouting bullshit like this. "harmful to actual systems" we are an actual system. 3) i have childhood trauma and i have a therapist :love: maybe stop being an ableist by immediately assuming shit and invalidating someone who DOES!!! have childhood trauma!!! (i also don't think you need an "excuse" to form a system!!! i love all plurals ever!!! ^-^ )

Hey so just letting you know, you cant be a system and have no trauma nor can you "will" yourself into being one. This makes the system community look bad and can be harmful to actual systems. Becoming / being a system requires childhood trauma to form, without it you are just a normal joe, please stop lying to yourself and get a therapist.
